Attention India! Read This Carefully Before You Make (a subscription) Payment

If you're subscribing from India, make sure to follow these steps before you make your payment to ensure it goes through smoothly, especially for recurring subscriptions: 

1. Enable International Transactions

First, check that your card supports International online/eCommerce transactions. You can enable this through your banking app or by contacting your bank. Do not proceed without completing this step.

2. Watch for the OTP

When you proceed to the payment page, you'll receive an **OTP (One-Time Password)** from your bank. Enter the OTP when prompted to complete your payment.

3. Card Declined OR Does not Support International transactions? Switch Cards 

If your card doesn’t support the payment, simply use another one that allows international transactions.

By completing these steps before making your payment, you’ll ensure a smooth and hassle-free subscription process.

4. Watch for Approvals / OTPs for Recurring Transactions every month, (or call and tell your bank to allow recurring transactions for 'Finding Awareness')

Please call your bank and let them know that you have setup a recurring monthly payment for Finding Awareness, and they may guide you to the next steps if any.

Not doing this may block upcoming payments, and result in loss of access.
